The nurseries suggest O'Henry but I want to make sure it is good for canning and doesn't get stringy. So you should be good. I I bought my peaches at the Provo Farmers Market. I know there are lots of farms stands all along 8th north in Orem. There is Allreds on University Ave just north of the stadium. Also Verd's on State Street in Lindon. Thanksgiving Point has a farmers market on Fridays.
